Mark is the founder and owner of APC Training Ltd which has been established for 20 years. Mark worked in private practice for many years at Jones Lang LaSalle, CWM and Keneth Peters before setting up his own agency and property management business called Hoffman Partners.
Mark qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1997, became a Fellow in 2012 and an RICS Registered Valuer in 2020.
Mark has acted as an APC Mentor for the Central London Region on behalf of RICS for 22 years and has guided more than 1,000 candidates successfully through the APC process working with all the large companies as well as many private individuals.
